Job loss is one of life's most stressful problems and can dramatically affect the entire family.  Serve in this ministry as an advisor to a small group of job seekers, called Sucess Teams.

Marriage Mentor (Menlo Park)
Disciple couples who are seriously dating, engaged, or recently married, guiding them toward a Christ-centered marriage. Help them increase communication within their relationship, gain a greater understanding of God’s plan for marriage, confirm the strengths in their relationship, and identify potential issues.

Small Group Leader (Menlo Park, The Cafe, San Mateo and Mountain View)
Shepherd a group of 3-12 adults who meet together regularly in caring community, seeking spiritual transformation into Christlikeness through Bible study, prayer, and serving others, and/or encourage and coach 5-7 small group leaders.

Women's Spiritual Mentor (Menlo Park)
Cultivate a deep, personal relationship with another woman, meeting together for prayer and conversation focused on helping her become aware of God's presence in the midst of her life circumstances, surrendering to His will, and discerning her next steps in spiritual growth.
