Our database, Fellowship One, requires you to create an online account the first time you register for an event or for any financial transaction (online giving or paid event registrations).

Q: Is my personal information safe within Fellowship One?
A: Absolutely! Fellowship One will help us improve the way in which we collect and analyze information about our congregation in order to better meet your needs. Please rest assured, as a church, we highly protect access to your personal information. Any information you provide, especially as it relates to financial transactions, is maintained in a secure, protected environment and is available only to you.
Q: Why do you ask for my birth date?
A: Your birth date helps us uniquely identify you. Also, knowing your life stage helps us customize information so it will be more useful to you. Additionally, it allows us to make sure kids only register for kids events, and adults for adult events. All of your information is secure within our system, so there is no need to be concerned about security.
Q: I’ve never had an MPPC account before. What are the benefits of an account?
A: Setting up an account (user ID and password) will allow you to enter our online environment. With this new account, you’ll find it easier to update contact information, manage emails you receive, register yourself or multiple family members for an event all in one submission, set up an automated online giving schedule should you desire to do so, and review your personal giving history online.

Q: How do I add the rest of my family to my account?
A: Once you've created your account, you will have the option of adding additional household members to your record. To do so, click on the blue “+ Add Person” button. Should you not need to add any individuals to your record, click on the green “Select” button to select your own record and proceed on with the event registration.
Q: How do I know if I registered for an event?
A: You should always receive a confirmation email, in addition to a confirmation message on your computer screen, every time you register for an event. If you do not receive any confirmation messages, it is likely you are not registered for the event.
