City Impact Work Day

San Francisco Tenderloin District - City Impact, 230 Jones St.

Next date to be announced.

You can decide what you want to do when you arrive: Prepare and serve meals for the poor; deliver meals to the poor; help with general health screening; or disburse clothing from the thrift shop. Whatever you choose to do, you will be blessed!

Registration Check-in: 9 a.m. We have a lot of work to do tso we would like to start on time. It takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up from the MPPC Menlo Park campus, plus parking time. Give yourself enough time. We will have coffee waiting for you! If you are running late or have to leave early we still want you to come.

Nearby Parking ($8-$10): Toca Parking, 265 Eddy St. Between Jones & Taylor; 333 Jones St.; or 150 Turk St.

Lunch: Please pack a lunch or snack for yourself and family

Clothing Attire: Please wear casual clothes and no flashy jewelry. You will probably need tennis shoes if you are going to be delivering food.

Safety: We always want to be aware of our surroundings and circumstances. However, we found it to be very safe where we are. There is a police station across the street and we will have security people at all of our stations.
